कंवाली स्थित अंबेडकर भवन में का निर्माण पूर्व केबिनेट मंत्री कविता जैन ने 10 लाख रुपये की लागत से करवाया था। भाजपा सरकार की योजना है कि हर गांव में पुस्तकालय बनवाया जाए। कंवाली में पुस्तकालय बनवाने के लिए शीघ्र ही मुख्यमंत्री को प्रस्ताव भेजेंगे। विद्यार्थियों और युवाओं को पुस्तकालय का विशेष लाभ मिलेगा। कैरियर निर्माण में भी पुस्तकालय की मदद लाभकारी रहती है।

वरिष्ठ भाजपाई नेता राजीव जैन ने कहा कि बाबा साहब डा. अंबेडकर ने शिक्षा ग्रहण करने पर विशेष बल दिया है। बाबा साहब का कहना था कि यदि आपके पास दो रुपये हैं तो उनमें से एक रुपये से अपनी रोजी-रोटी चलाओ। शेष एक रुपये से पुस्तक खरीद कर ज्ञान अर्जित करें। शिक्षा के बिना विकास की कल्पना निरर्थक है। शिक्षा से ही किसी भी समाज व राष्ट्र का उत्थान संभव है। श्री जैन ने कहा कि वे हर संभव सहयोग के लिए तैयार हैं। साथ ही उन्होंने डा. अंबेडकर के जीवन के प्रेरक प्रसंगों का उदाहरण देते हुए समाज के जरूरतमंद वर्गों को आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
